All cues are despatched with "travel tips" attached which aren't of the highest quality.
You are advised to replace these with a tip of your choice once received if you are a "serious player" to improve the playing quality of the cue.
Cues can be re-tipped prior to despatch with an Elkmaster or Blue Diamond tip for an additional small fee if you prefer. Other brands can be quoted for on request. Please state when ordering if you require this service.

Custom made cues are also available if you would like a cue made to your specification.
You can design the cue yourself and choose tip size, tip type, length, weight, type of ferrule, 1 piece, 3/4 or 1/2 piece cue, ash or maple, personalised badge, and choice of splice inlay, veneer, or any other special request. 
The wait for a cue is around 6 to 10 weeks from order to delivery, sometimes sooner.
The price is approximately £220- £300 depending on just how intricate your specification request is.
